Background
TechWomen Alumni Association Nigeria, under its INSPIRE (STEM Box Donation) Project, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply of STEM education equipment and logistics services. The project aims to enhance STEM learning in public secondary schools across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones.
Scope of Procurement
The items to be procured include, but are not limited to:

Requirements for Quotation Submission
All quotations must include the following:
- Detailed specifications and brand/model of each item
- Unit prices, total prices, and currency
- Delivery lead time
- Warranty information
- Company profile and evidence of past performance in similar procurements
- Tax Identification Number (TIN) and CAC registration
- Validity period of the quotation (minimum 30 days)
For Lot 14 (Logistics), proposed delivery plan and timelines
Evaluation Criteria
Quotations will be evaluated based on:
- Compliance with specifications
- Competitive pricing
- Delivery lead time
- Vendor experience and track record
- Warranty and after-sales support
