Rumana Kabir Aminu is a Lecturer of Computer Science at the FCT College of Education, Zuba, Abuja, with over 14 years of experience in academia and research within the computing field and has published several journal articles and research papers.

She holds a Professional Diploma in Data Science from the African University of Science and Technology (AUST), is the founder of Co-Innovate to Impact Hub and also a co-founder of the SheTech for Africa Initiative. An alumna of the U.S. Department of State TechWomen Fellowship, Rumana has mentored over 500 young girls across Africa.

She is currently the only fellow representing Nigeria in the Internet Society (ISOC) Mid-Career Fellowship 2025. Rumana also serves as the FCT Lead for the INSPIRE Project and has been admitted into the African Regional At-Large Organization (AFRALO).
