Background

TechWomen Alumni Association Nigeria, under its INSPIRE (STEM Box Donation) Project, is seeking quotations from qualified vendors for the supply of STEM education equipment and logistics services. The project aims to enhance STEM learning in public secondary schools across Nigeria’s six geo-political zones.TechWomen Alumni Association Nigeria (TWAAN) is a dynamic network of women leaders in STEM committed to empowering women and girls through innovation, mentorship, and community-driven programs. The Association implements various projects and programs in partnership with local and international stakeholders to promote technology inclusion, entrepreneurship, and gender equity. This RFP, welcomes all interested vendors.

Scope of Procurement

The items to be procured include, but are not limited to:

• Rollup Banners
• Jotters
• T-shirts

Vendor Requirements:

• Proven experience in quality printing.
• Ability to meet quantities and timelines.
• Access to necessary equipment.
• Competitive pricing with a clear breakdown.
• Ability to provide samples. (will be requested for successful quotations)
• Strong communication and collaboration.
• Delivery within Abuja

Proposal Submission:

Submit a PDF proposal to by [Date and Time] WAT, subject: “RFP – Printing Services for Tech Women Initiative”. Include:

All quotations must include the following:

• Company profile and relevant experience.
• Understanding of requirements.
• Proposed methods, materials, and quality control.
• Detailed pricing per item (unit cost, setup, taxes, bulk discounts).
• Estimated turnaround time per item.
• Samples (will be requested for successful quotations)
• Client references (at least 2).
• Contact information.

Evaluation Criteria

Quotations will be evaluated based on: 

1. Price
2. Quality of Samples
3. Experience (at least 5 years experience with similar jobs)
4. Turnaround Time
5. Responsiveness
6. References
